We are located at 11302 Fallbrook Drive, Suite 307, in the office building attached to Cy-Fair Hospital. We are a solo practice and do not employ a physician’s assistant or similar personnel. Dr. Montgomery will see you personally at every visit. In addition to Denise, the R.N. and office manager, you will meet Janice, our front person for more than 10 years. Trained as an L.V.N., she also schedules surgery and appointments. We receive constant compliments from patients about her friendliness and professionalism. Gail, our medical assistant, is courteous, efficient, and an expert in gyn office procedures. Josh, our insurance and billing expert, will help you to understand the confusing world of HMO’s, PPO’s, EOB’s, ICD-9’s, CPT’s, etc. that doctors and patients must deal with every day. We accept most types of insurance, including Medicaid and military plans. |
